Fifthly, iron:

As we all know, iron is very important to human body, but men don't need to supplement too much iron. There are less than 1% men who really suffer from iron deficiency. If men suffer from iron-deficiency anemia, it is very likely that there are some hidden dangers in their body, such as chronic blood loss of internal organs or hematopoietic obstacle. If they haven't found out the reason and supplement iron blindly, it will delay the time for diagnosis and treatment, thus aggravating the disease. What's more, compared with women, men can't bear the overload of iron. If they take in a lot of iron, it will inhibit the absorption of iron by the body, and even cause serious health problems.
